permanent account you can use year after year.

2:
LOG IN
to enter your Athletes & Staff
- Enter every
Athlete who may be participating in one of our
competitions
- You can
enter an unlimited number of Athletes into
your permanent records without charge
- TRY TO ENTER
ALL YOUR ATHLETES BEFORE YOU REGISTER FOR
COMPETITIONS
- It makes the
rest of your registration a SNAP!
- You only need to
enter their name and birthdate
- But
birthdates MUST be accurate, so have them
ready before you get started
- After
competition registration begins, you will
not be able to change any birthdate without
contacting us
- The system
will automatically calculate Athletes' ages
for each Event
- To take full
advantage of the system, also enter a parent
email address for each Athlete
- Then you can
automatically send them an email asking them
to:
- Complete
contact details for their Athlete
- Fill-out
and submit their Medical Release online
- Enter your
Staff, including all Directors, Coaches, and
Choreographers who may be attending one of our
Events

Event
- Create Teams
& Select their Divisions
- Sign up for
any Individual competitions
- Print your
Invoice (a concise summary of all your
registration, fees, and payments)
- Pay Online
or by Mail
- You can view:
- An
automatically created packet of your
complete registration
- Rosters for
each Team

missing Releases, and any unregistered Teams
or Athletes

registration record and personal Schedule
